Bob Earley
Interim President
Bob Earley serves as Interim President for FDH Electronics.
In his role, Bob oversees the division’s P&L, operations, strategic direction, and its continued focus on supply chain excellence in the electrical and electronic components product category. He reports to Chief Executive Officer, Ian Walsh.
Bob also served as Chief Financial Officer for FDH Aero, where he oversaw the company’s global financial strategy, planning, and operations in support of sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
Throughout his career, Bob has held several Chief Financial Officer positions within global manufacturing and transportation industries. Prior to joining FDH Aero, Bob served as CFO for four years at Katena Products. Before his tenure with Katena, Bob acted as CFO for Laborie Medical Technologies. Bob also spent seven years as President and CFO for Bridgeport Tank Trucks.
Bob graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS in Finance and earned an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
Shane Gray
Chief Financial Officer
Shane Gray serves as Chief Financial Officer, FDH Electronics.
In his role, Shane is responsible for driving financial strategies, strategic planning, budgeting, cash flow modeling, and debt financing to support the division’s growth and profitability. He plays a key leadership role in delivering timely and relevant financial information and reporting to senior leadership, the board of directors, and key stakeholders. He reports to President of FDH Electronics, Mitch Enright.
Since joining FDH Aero, Shane has been instrumental in transforming financial reporting, integrating systems, and improving forecasting and budgeting processes. He has demonstrated his expertise in driving financial success and strategic growth through process improvements and financial strategy. Prior to FDH Aero, Shane held several key leadership positions at Sysco Corporation, including Regional Finance Manager for Sysco FreshPoint Southwest Region, CFO and VP of Finance for Sysco Acadiana, Finance Manager for Sysco Oklahoma, and Supervisor of Internal Audit.
With over 15 years of experience in finance and operations within the distribution and supply chain industries, Shane is skilled in financial management, process implementation, operational decision-making, and cross-functional leadership. He has a proven record of delivering key insights, influencing sales strategy, and enhancing revenue and operational performance across business units.
Shane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business Management from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.
Mitch Enright
Executive Vice President, Supply Chain
Mitch Enright serves as Executive Vice President, Supply Chain, FDH Electronics.
In his role, Mitch serves as a key partner in overseeing FDH Electronics, a division that focuses on supply chain excellence in the electrical and electronic components product category. He reports to Chief Executive Officer, Ian Walsh.
Prior to this role, Mitch served as President of Electro Enterprises, an FDH company. In his 12-year tenure at Electro, Mitch helped drive Electro’s average year-over-year double digit revenue growth as well as the company’s expansion of operations into Europe.
Mitch graduated from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business with an MBA, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management. While at SMU, he was also a 4-year letterman on the varsity football team.
Ian Locke
Executive Vice President
Ian Locke serves as Executive Vice President, Sales, FDH Electronics.
In his role, Ian serves as a key partner in overseeing Sales for FDH Electronics, a division that focuses on supply chain excellence in the electrical and electronic components product category. He reports to President of FDH Electronics, Mitch Enright.
Prior to this role, Ian served as Vice President, Sales for BJG Electronics, an FDH company. Before BJG Electronics, Ian served as Vice President, Global Sales at A.E. Petsche Company, a division of Arrow Electronics. Over his 21-year tenure with A.E. Petsche, while holding a variety of leadership roles, Ian led the company’s international business expansion efforts into Europe, Asia, Canada, and Mexico, as well as supporting the company’s rapid growth within the United States.
With over 25 years of experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry, Ian brings extensive knowledge of strategic sales, business operations, and mergers and acquisitions related to the electronics marketplace.
Ian graduated from Bishop’s University in Quebec, Canada, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He also studied accounting at Concordia University in Quebec, Canada, and executive and sales leadership at Southern Methodist University in Texas.
Paul Moseley
Executive Vice President, Cable Assembly
Paul serves as Executive Vice President, Cable Assembly for FDH Electronics.
In this role, Paul is a key partner in overseeing the Cable Assembly division at FDH Electronics, which focuses on supply chain excellence in the electrical and electronic components product category. He reports to President of FDH Electronics, Mitch Enright.
Before this role, Paul served as President of BTC Electronics, an FDH company. Acquired by FDH Aero in 2019, BTC has been an integral part of the FDH Electronics team, serving as a distributor of high-performance connectors and accessories focused on aerospace, military, and industrial end markets.
Prior to BTC Electronics, Paul was the Global Product Line Director for Aerospace and Defense Sales at AB Connectors, a division of TT Electronics. Over his 23-year tenure with TT Electronics, Paul held various leadership roles, including managing technology transfer to greenfield locations in the U.S. and ultimately becoming Vice President of those operations.
Paul earned his Bachelor’s in Engineering from the University of South Wales.
Alon Glickstein
Executive Vice President, Aftermarket
Alon serves as Executive Vice President, Aftermarket for FDH Electronics and leads the business unit for Stealth Aerospace, an FDH Aero company.
He reports to President of FDH Electronics, Mitch Enright.
With over 30 years of experience, Alon has successfully led the Stealth Aerospace organization. As part of FDH Aero, Stealth Aerospace is a premier stocking distributor of electrical, electronic, and electromechanical components, serving the global airline and aerospace industry. The company supports major airlines, MROs, FBOs, OEMs, as well as other distributors and brokers worldwide.
Alon’s extensive experience in the aerospace and defense industry has equipped him with deep expertise in strategic sales and purchasing, business operations, and mergers and acquisitions within the electrical, electronics, and electromechanical sectors.
Nathan Little
Vice President, Sales
Nathan Little serves as Vice President, Sales for FDH Electronics.
In his role, Nathan serves as a key partner in overseeing Sales for FDH Electronics, a division that focuses on supply chain excellence in the electrical and electronic components product category. He reports to President of FDH Electronics, Mitch Enright.
Prior to this role, Nathan served as Director of Global Sales for Electro Enterprises, an FDH company. As Director of Global Sales, Nathan was responsible for driving growth with both customers and suppliers, seeing Electro grow from $75 million to $250 million during his 11-year tenure. He also worked alongside President, Mitch Enright, to expand Electro’s business by adding new lines, products, and strategies.
Before Electro, Nathan spent 11 years in various leadership positions at Wesco/Incora. With over 24 years of leadership experience in the aerospace supply industry, Nathan takes great pride in promoting and maintaining strong, trustworthy relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure the finest experience as a premier supply chain partner and solution.
Nathan attended Wichita State University, majoring in Political Science.
Lakindra Francis-Jones
Vice President, Quality
LaKindra Francis-Jones serves as Vice President, Quality for FDH Electronics.
In her role, LaKindra leads enterprise-wide quality transformation across FDH Electronics’ multi-site aerospace distribution and manufacturing operations. She is responsible for strengthening supplier performance, elevating customer engagement, and integrating a unified Quality Management System (QMS) to support revenue growth and operational excellence. She is driving a shift from inspection-based control to prevention-focused quality assurance, embedding digital analytics and KPI governance to accelerate shipment velocity and enhance customer confidence. She reports to Bob Earley, Interim President for FDH Electronics.
LaKindra brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in quality, engineering, and operations within the aerospace and defense industry. Prior to joining FDH, she held senior executive roles at Raytheon Technologies across Operations, Engineering, and Mission Assurance, including P&L accountability and oversight of large, cross-functional global teams supporting complex defense programs. She has led enterprise transformations, accelerated product delivery, improved supplier performance, and delivered measurable operational gains in highly regulated environments.
A leader committed to talent development, LaKindra equips teams with the clarity, tools, and structure needed to deliver excellence. Outside of work, she is dedicated to mentoring underrepresented youth in STEM and supporting community initiatives.
LaKindra holds a Master of Business Administration from Webster University in San Diego, California, and a Master of Science in Physics from Southern University Graduate School in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Menghan Hu
Vice President, HR Operations
Menghan Hu serves as Vice President, HR Operations for FDH Electronics.
In her role, Menghan drives global HR strategies for the FDH Electronics division, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement. She collaborates with senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture. Menghan leads change management, succession planning, and enhances employee relations and compensation frameworks. She reports to President of FDH Electronics, Mitch Enright.
Prior to joining FDH Aero, Menghan held significant HR leadership positions across prominent global organizations. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Head of HR at Safilo USA, where she led HR operations across North America, influencing key people strategies and supporting organizational effectiveness within the eyewear industry. She also served as HR Director at Tory Burch, managing HR functions during a period of organizational redesign, and as Director of HR for L’Oréal USA’s supply chain and commercial divisions, where she led several warehouse labor management and talent development programs. Menghan was first acquainted with the aerospace industry during her tenure at Air France-KLM, where she served as an HR and Learning partner.
With over a decade of HR leadership experience, Menghan has built a proven track record of driving organizational transformation, fostering employee development, and aligning HR initiatives with business growth. She has demonstrated expertise in people strategy, organizational design, and employee experience, delivering impactful results in diverse industries.
Menghan holds a Master of Arts from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University.
John Lucatorto
Vice President, IT
John Lucatorto serves as Vice President, IT for FDH Electronics.
In his current role, John leads the FDH Electronics division’s IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and engineering operations across all global locations. He is responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and optimization of IT and ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration across departments and regions. John partners closely with senior leadership to align IT strategies with FDH Electronics’ operational goals, driving efficiency, innovation, and digital transformation throughout the organization. He reports to Mitch Enright, President of FDH Electronics.
With over 19 years of experience in information technology, including 15 years within the military and aerospace industry, John brings deep technical expertise and strategic leadership to the organization. Prior to joining FDH Electronics, he held a key leadership role at Triumph Group, where he contributed significantly to advancing IT capabilities within a complex manufacturing and engineering environment.
